Single Origin Specialty Coffee
In search of a new speciality coffee we found it in Costa Rica – more precisely in the province of Tarrazú. There is the farm of Julián Quirós. He cultivates the Arabica variety Catuai at 1,700 to 1,800 metres. In order to get the best out of his beans, the coffee fruits are prepared according to the “Honey Processed” method – a typical process for Costa Rican coffee. After processing, the green coffee travels directly to us in Graz. Gently roasted, our J. Hornig La Joya surprises with tropical and sweet flavours.
Filter Roast: Perfect for alternative brewing methods such as Pour Over, Aeropress or French Press.
Espresso Roast: Perfect for fully automatic coffee machines or espresso machines.
